The Space:

Villa Lux Grande features a modern main house with 4 bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The home also includes:

• A small office space, perfect for remote work if needed

Outside, you’ll find a large private backyard surrounded by nature, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the tropical setting. Guests have access to the entire property, including the pool, backyard, and private gated parking area with space for 3–4 cars.

Cleaning before check-in is included. If you want daily cleaning you can request for an extra fee ($50 per cleaning).

Many restaurants, cafés, and small shops are within walking distance from the house. If you plan to explore more of the Guanacaste region, we recommend renting a car. Many incredible beaches, national parks, and attractions are located 20 to 50 minutes away.

House Rules

• Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the house.

• No smoking inside the house.

• Pets are not allowed.

Please note that there is a $100 fine for violating house rules and a $20 fee for lost keys.
